Hamriyah Steel FZC is maintaining premium quality product due to the sourcing of premium quality billet and superior technology (SMS Meer-Italy) also implementation national and international quality standard.
The manufacturing process entails the conversion of steel square billets into steel deformed bars using SMS Meer (Italy) equipment which was commissioned in 2010.
After sending billets into a walking beam type furnace the material is heated up to 1150 C, upon reaching the required temperature, the steel billet enters into 18 housing-less rolling stands in horizontal and
vertical configuration through this line of stands the required sizes (diameters) of deformed bars (rebars) are achieved.
The final mechanical properties are achieved by Tempcore quenching technology and natural cooling.
After passing of cold shear and bundle forming equipment the rebars are ready for final weighing, tagging, warehousing and dispatching.
